Ken Reich has been practicing law for more than 18 years. His practice focuses primarily on litigation and trial work relating to personal and commercial disputes. He has substantial experience representing individuals, businesses, contractors, accountants, and health care providers in a wide range of tort, contract, and statutory claims. In particular, his practice emphasizes matters involving personal injury, contracts, leases, employment, and transactions involving real and personal property.

Ken has tried cases in multiple counties in Utah. His trial experience provides clients a unique courtroom skill-set should the need arise. Ken’s focus and priority, however, is on resolving disputes as quickly and economically as possible, without the expense and uncertainty of trial.

Ken works closely with his individual clients to help relieve them of the burden legal issues often bring. He is committed to thoroughly understanding his clients’ issues, listening closely to their objectives and needs, and vigorously protecting their interests in litigation and transactional matters. He is passionate about helping his clients solve problems, avoid litigation, and resolve disputes when they arise.
